Searching for a Specific Process in the "My Created Tasks" Tab

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the My Created Tasks tab.
  3. Use the search bar to enter the process name or relevant keywords.
  4. The matching results will be displayed for selection.

Finding Older Created Processes

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the My Created Tasks tab.
  3. If the task is not visible, click on the date filter.
  4. Adjust the date range to expand the search.
  5. Click Apply Filters to refresh the list with older tasks.

Filtering Processes in the "My Created Tasks" Tab

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the My Created Tasks tab.
  3. Use the search bar to find a specific workflow.
  4. Apply filters such as date range, process name, or status to refine the results.

Viewing My Created Tasks

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the My Created Tasks tab.
  3. The list of workflows initiated by the user that have been completed will be displayed.
  4. Click on any process to view its details, participants, and workflow history.

Viewing Details of a Created Process

Steps:

  1. Open the Workflow Management panel and go to the History section.
  2. Click on the My Created Tasks tab.
  3. Locate the workflow you want to review.
  4. Click on the task to view its process details and history.
